Key Responsibilities

Proactively lead and own solution design discussions, driving clarity, alignment, and timely decision-making for SAP Supply Chain solutions.
Lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP Supply Chain solutions across SAP Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM), EWM, and PP.
Drive end-to-end warehouse and logistics transformations in Inbound logistics, Warehouse execution/optimization, and Outbound logistics.
Provide functional and architectural leadership for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) in complex, high-volume environments.
Manage and develop a global team of direct reports across multiple time zones and geographies.
Anticipate business needs and proactively shape future-state processes and the SAP roadmap.
Lead end-to-end delivery including design, build, testing, deployment, and post–go-live stabilization.
Manage system integrators and external vendors, holding them accountable for quality and outcomes.

Requirements

10+ years of hands-on SAP experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Logistics.
Demonstrated expertise in SAP MM, SAP WM, and/or SAP EWM.
Proven experience leading large-scale, end-to-end SAP transformations.
Deep understanding of Warehouse operations, Inbound logistics/receiving, Outbound shipping, and logistics execution.
Experience managing global teams across time zones and geographies.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders.
Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent.
