Key Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor, and manage internal technical programs from initiation through completion.
- Program manage the overall platform lifecycle from project inception to product delivery.
- Lead cross-functional project/program teams through the design and delivery of fully developed products/programs.
- Report overall platform performance to senior management and recommend necessary adjustments to schedule, cost, or resources.
- Investigate issues and develop solutions during the design and planning phases of projects.
- Drive stakeholders to identify product/program gaps, define product requirements, and communicate program status with customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
- 12+ years of experience in semiconductor IP/product/process development.
- 8+ years of prior experience in a program management or technical project management role managing multiple programs to closure.
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in power-related processes or products.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects across multiple disciplines.
- Strong organizational skills, including managing simultaneous tasks and reacting to shifting priorities.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels, especially in a global setting.
- Strong background and demonstrated experience in customer engagements.
