Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of front-line production employees, including overseeing manpower deployment, efficiency, productivity, absenteeism, turnover, recruitment, disciplinary investigation & execution etc.
- Leading the team to meet defined targets in Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
- Work closely and collaboratively with relevant functions to meet/exceed customer expectation.
- Address employee concerns, resolve issues.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.
- Maximize labor utilization and flexibility through cross training for supporting business needs.
- Implement LEAN to the applicable processes within the cells.
- Ensure effective flowdown of company information to the team.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in first line management or relevant field
- Minimum 2 years or related working experience
- Familiarity with company policies/processes and legal guidelines of the aviation field
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in LEAN concepts
