Warehouse and Master Data Specialist (PCP) 15 months training program

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and implement continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations aligned with GMP/cGMP requirements.
• Support Lean, Six Sigma, or similar CI methodologies to reduce waste, improve process efficiency, and enhance compliance.
• Track improvement metrics and warehouse dashboard according to IMEX performance.
• Ensure warehouse processes, activities, and records comply with GMP and cGMP standards, internal quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Create, review, and maintain cGMP documentation including SOPs, Work Instructions, Forms, and Logbooks related to warehouse activities.
• Initiate, assess, and support change control requests related to warehouse processes, systems, layouts, equipment, and master data.
• Perform impact assessments to determine potential effects on GMP compliance, data integrity, and operations.
• Coordinate with Quality, IT, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant change implementation.
• Review and update SOPs to reflect process changes, continuous improvement initiatives, and regulatory requirements.
• Support governance, maintenance, and quality of warehouse-related master data (e.g., material master, storage locations, batch attributes).
• Perform master data analysis to identify inconsistencies, errors, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making for warehouse and supply chain operations.
