Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Quality, IT, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant change implementation.
  • Review and update SOPs to reflect process changes, continuous improvement initiatives, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support governance, maintenance, and quality of warehouse-related master data (e.g., material master, storage locations, batch attributes).
  • Perform master data analysis to identify inconsistencies, errors, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making for warehouse and supply chain operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents.
  • No prior working experience in the biopharmaceutical sector.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Mid-Career Candidate: Graduated for at least 2 years prior to point of application.
