Key Responsibilities
- Aggressively identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities across target markets
- Drive outbound sales activities including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and networking
- Own the early-to-mid sales cycle, from first contact to proposal stage
- Deliver compelling sales pitches and product presentations to prospective clients
- Develop and tailor proposals to meet customer needs
- Work towards and consistently exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain high activity levels (calls, meetings, demos, proposals)
- Actively map target accounts, industries, and decision-makers
- Identify new market segments and growth opportunities
- Gather market intelligence on competitors and customer trends
- Work closely with senior sales team members to close deals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 0–2 years of sales experience OR strong interest in pursuing a sales career
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Familiarity with CRM tools or sales platforms (e.g. Salesforce CRM, HubSpot) is an advantage
- Fresh graduates with strong drive and commercial mindset are encouraged to apply
- An interest in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or cold chain logistics industry is preferred
- Strong drive to win new business and achieve targets
