Key Responsibilities

  • Execute assigned HBM NPI PI tasks following defined procedures and phase‑gate requirements

  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, trackers, and summaries
  • Contribute to NPI, Model of Record (MOR), and program reviews with clear data and analysis
  • Build understanding of HBM technology, process flows, and PI methodologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or related discipline
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process, or product engineering
  • Basic understanding of semiconductor process flows and process integration concepts
  • Familiarity with data analysis and basic statistics (Excel; JMP/Python preferred)
  • Ability to follow defined NPI procedures and phase‑gate requirements
  • Strong analytical skills, learning agility, and cross‑functional collaboration mindset
  • Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role-appropriate AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, operational tasks, and achieving business outcomes
  • Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills
  • Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels
  • Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning
  • Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
  • Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable
