Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Global Markets Legal Documentation Unit, overseeing the team's daily operations and strategic direction.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in legal documentation for global markets products, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of derivatives documentation, including ISDA, CSA, and GMRA agreements.
- Strong understanding of global markets products and associated risks.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as EMIR, Dodd-Frank, and MAS regulations.
