Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in legal documentation for global markets products, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of derivatives documentation, including ISDA, CSA, and GMRA agreements.
  • Strong understanding of global markets products and associated risks.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as EMIR, Dodd-Frank, and MAS regulations.
