Key Responsibilities
- Systematic troubleshooting of equipment-related problems to minimize equipment downtime.
- Establish optimum spares and consumables stock to support equipment maintenance.
- Establish effective preventive maintenance program and troubleshooting guide.
- Setup effective detection and monitor system to prevent equipment excursion.
- Coordinate and drive new equipment hookup, startup and release.
- Drive Continuous Improvement project (CIP) to achieve best in class in quality and cost.
- Train and certify Assistant Maintenance Engineers (AME) and Preventive Maintenance Technician (PMT) in systematic troubleshooting and PM maintenance skill.
- Work closely with Process and production engineers to ensure key performance indices are met.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- At least 2 years relevant working experience in KLA SPTS OMEGA or AMEC TSV200 Dry Etching equipment.
- Experience in SPC, FDC, APC, DOE and yield analysis software will be advantages.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good team player.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, dedication to assigned tasks, and the ability to work diligently in a team-oriented environment.
