Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction for the project, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and integration with existing distribution centers

  • Lead the project team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication
  • Start with digitally enabled network hubs; ensuring the processes and 3PL providers are fully integrated with Resmed’s digital supply chain network
  • Oversee the project budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and financial accountability
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including senior management, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, to ensure project success
  • Monitor project performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to ensure project goals are met
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and issues

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in distribution centre and/or manufacturing project management and operations, in particular relocation and commissioning of warehousing projects, ideally warehouses supporting manufacturing operations
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and organizational skills
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong financial and budget management skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems
  • In-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and cross-border trade compliance issues
