Key Responsibilities
- Drive the review of HR policies and procedures across different HR functions, considering Public Service directives, legislation, and industry best practices.

Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of relevant HR experience, including HR Policy, Communications, or related areas.
- Demonstrated experience leading organization-wide communications.
- Proven ability to translate complex policies into clear and engaging narratives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to craft senior-level briefs and staff communications.
