Key Responsibilities
- Manage Quality Tasks without guidance - 'On-Time' Execution.
- 'On-Time' Data Entry.
- Escalate to Process Engineer for any abnormality result or deteriorated trend.
- Follow up on lots on hold based on OCAP.
- Assist Process Engineers to carry out SWR lots.
- Assist Process Engineers to carry out Process Engineering Qualification & Evaluation.
- Assist Process Engineer to compile key measurement Index report eg. eSTAR, defect median, equipment long down & down time trend & pare to and etc.
- Able to trouble shoot OOC/OOS.
- Able to do recipe alignment between system and MADCS.
- Able to assist Process Engineer to perform process fine tuning in OOC.
- Able to carry out 80% of Assistant Process Engineer's task.
- Conduct real time problem analysis on equipment failures, alarms, and SPC violation and determine solutions through liaising with all parties involved and through studying past cases.
Requirements
- NITEC/SET/Foreign Diploma or similar.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- With Electronics/Computer/Technical/Mechanical background.
- Min. 1 – 2 years of relevant experience.
