Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Quality Tasks without guidance - 'On-Time' Execution.
  • 'On-Time' Data Entry.
  • Escalate to Process Engineer for any abnormality result or deteriorated trend.

  • Assist Process Engineers to carry out SWR lots.
  • Assist Process Engineers to carry out Process Engineering Qualification & Evaluation.
  • Assist Process Engineer to compile key measurement Index report eg. eSTAR, defect median, equipment long down & down time trend & pare to and etc.
  • Able to trouble shoot OOC/OOS.
  • Able to do recipe alignment between system and MADCS.
  • Able to assist Process Engineer to perform process fine tuning in OOC.
  • Able to carry out 80% of Assistant Process Engineer's task.
  • Conduct real time problem analysis on equipment failures, alarms, and SPC violation and determine solutions through liaising with all parties involved and through studying past cases.

Requirements

  • NITEC/SET/Foreign Diploma or similar.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • With Electronics/Computer/Technical/Mechanical background.
  • Min. 1 – 2 years of relevant experience.
