Key Responsibilities
- Recommend targets for spend reduction, purchasing efficiency, customer services and supplier management
- Monitor the implementation of sourcing strategies and contract compliance and participate in the resolution of any constraints or issues

- Provide input on procurement initiatives

- Implement processes to monitor stakeholder satisfaction with key suppliers

Requirements
- Possess a Bachelors' Degree or above and at least 10 years of work experience in engineering and/or procurement specializing in Facilities CAPEX & OPEX, and leading a team
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives in a highly organized and adaptable manner
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work & collaborate at all levels and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Passionate about driving improvements and achieving operational excellence
- The ability to form collaborative partnerships with internal and external partners
