Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the IE needs of a specific process module or project and interface with other engineering disciplines and operations.
- Responsible for establishing/maintaining the production tool capacity models.
- Accountable for accuracy of the tool inputs used for factory level capacity modeling.
- Monitor production tool performance capabilities and work closely with tool owner and manufacturing on performance improvement plans.
- Ensure execution of tool CIPs to support committed short term & long-term capacity expansion plans. Communicate productivity requirements to Operations and drive commitments for closure.
- Drive & report OEE & UPH gap closure to commitments on a timely manner.
- Interface with global teams on benchmarking and standardization.
- Ensure new tool installation & qualification meets the required timeline.
- Ensure close loop for capacity assessment of Change Request.
- Maintain proper & updated spec documentation & audit handling.
- Automate and streamline various business processes like factory data extraction, preparation, analysis & reporting.
- Establish mathematical models to capture, predict and manage tool performance of different tool types.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's in Industrial & Systems Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science & Engineering, other Engineering discipline will also be considered.
- With Semiconductor IE relevant experience will be in advantage.
- Good communication skills and adaptable to changes.
- Ability to work in a team environment and across various functions.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills - High proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Power BI, SQL).
