Key Responsibilities

  • Report to the Head of Personal Wealth Banking covering all aspect of internal sales force management
  • Be part of the segment's management team crafting the strategic direction, innovation and sales culture towards sales excellence for the retail business in PFS
  • Lead a team of Team Heads in both Personal and Wealth Banking with around 50 to 60 Personal Bankers and Relationship Managers either at branches or in sales officers
  • Foster a team culture that can drive positive sales environment and results
  • Nurture sales leaders and implementing the right operating rhythm for bankers to adopt and driving ownership
  • Strike a balance between delivering sales performance with a strong sense of compliance and regulatory adherence
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders such as Channels, Customer Franchise and Wealth Product team
  • Work with stakeholders on collaboration to deliver sales, crafting the right enablers and providing pivotal training/advisory support on banker's performance
