Key Responsibilities
- Maintain tenancy agreement for all HDB units
- Raise PR for bedding items for new HDB units and ensure that unit rooms are equipped for arrival of new Bus Captains
- Ensure that all HDB unit premises are cleaned
- Conduct regular unit inspections for possession of unauthorized & illegal items and rectification on irregularities
- Schedule & supervise clean-up and repair assignments as and when necessary
- Responsible to brief the new Bus Captains on HDB’s rules & regulations
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels or equivalent
- Possess minimally two years of relevant experience in a similar scale
- Well-versed in using of WhatsApp and WeChat
- Well-versed in using Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Willing to work at Woodlands Area
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
