Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven ability to lead and manage production teams in a high-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of operational planning, scheduling, and capacity management.
- Demonstrated ability to drive Lean, Safety, and Quality initiatives through corrective action.
- Experience in root cause analysis and implementing solutions for quality issues (Cost of Quality).
- Ability to maintain compliance with all Environmental, Health, and Safety policies and procedures.
- Must be able to work in an environment requiring extended standing, walking, bending, and potentially wearing specialized PPE (including clean room gear).
