Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate relevant safety audits, including performance of Global EHS Standards Assessment Program.
- Ensure audit findings are managed, owned by responsible parties, and tracked to closure in a sustainable manner.
- Ensure IMS GlobalFoundries Singapore product lifecycle management (safety standards, procedures, programs), SS651, ISO 14001, and 45001 are developed and integrated.
- Support the Management Representative (MR) in preparing and facilitating annual Management Review, following up on recommendations, and tracking improvements to closure.
- Review legal requirements, changes, and updates related to Health, Safety, Environmental & ISO Standards with stakeholders.
- Support relevant stakeholders in interpreting EHS legal requirements to ensure compliance is met.
- Own and deliver assigned safety programs to ensure GlobalFoundries Singapore's right to operate.
- Provide analysis of findings and trends to gain insights and drive improvement through safety campaigns.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in safety and integrated management systems.
- Recognized bachelor's degree in safety or chemical engineering.
- Proven experience developing, implementing, and maintaining safety and health programs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a global matrix team environment.
