Key Responsibilities

  • Drive various capacity improvement activities to meet planned Flexcap (Flexible Capacity) Targets
  • Network Capacity balance to optimize budget, including planning for assets transfer plan
  • Work closely with network stakeholders on accurate capacity representation and modeling
  • Collaborate with network cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication
  • Analyze short and long term business plans through Capacity reports to ensure that manufacturing sites have the needed capacity to perform as planned
  • Understand current Capacity Models and systems (CSM and SPO)
  • Understand capacity theories and parameters such Utilization, lot size, Processing times etc.
  • Monitor and working with various stakeholders to influence SPO solves to meet Site loading strategies
  • Work with tactical planning team on network capacity solutions when needed to maximize quarter revenue
  • Influence decision making process to optimize the network capacity

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering preferred
  • 2-3 years experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing is preferred
  • Proven experience in a role that requires strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Understand capacity modeling concept
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Able to efficiently perform what-if analysis and provide data driven recommendations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated to work in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Keen in semiconductor industry
