Key Responsibilities
- Drive various capacity improvement activities to meet planned Flexcap (Flexible Capacity) Targets
- Network Capacity balance to optimize budget, including planning for assets transfer plan
- Work closely with network stakeholders on accurate capacity representation and modeling
- Collaborate with network cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication
- Analyze short and long term business plans through Capacity reports to ensure that manufacturing sites have the needed capacity to perform as planned
- Understand current Capacity Models and systems (CSM and SPO)
- Understand capacity theories and parameters such Utilization, lot size, Processing times etc.
- Monitor and working with various stakeholders to influence SPO solves to meet Site loading strategies
- Work with tactical planning team on network capacity solutions when needed to maximize quarter revenue
- Influence decision making process to optimize the network capacity
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering preferred
- 2-3 years experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing is preferred
- Proven experience in a role that requires strong communication and teamwork skills
- Understand capacity modeling concept
- Strong analytical skills
- Able to efficiently perform what-if analysis and provide data driven recommendations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated to work in a dynamic environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Keen in semiconductor industry
