Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology or related fields

- Experience with Zero Trust architecture and endpoint security
- Experience in enterprise environments with 1,000+ endpoints
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management tools
- 3+ years of experience in IT with at least 2 years in endpoint management roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash
- Familiarity with Windows, Linux operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Knowledge of endpoint security tools and practices
