Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial due diligence engagements for M&A transactions, including buy-side and sell-side mandates.

Requirements

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and sustain client relationships at senior levels.
