Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for Capital, Spares, and Services
- Execute and manage Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes including delivery follow-up, budgeting support, cash flow management, and invoice reconciliation
- Ensure on-time delivery (OTD) to support network capacity and operational requirements
- Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned site and network suppliers
- Maintain collaborative supplier relationships while proactively addressing performance, quality, delivery, and capability gaps
- Ensure supplier compliance with Micron’s Code of Conduct and corporate social responsibility standards
- Communicate supplier performance updates and key decisions to stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
- Represent the voice of the supply base internally and the voice of Micron externally
- Drive execution of service and spares localization strategies to improve equipment uptime, response time, cost competitiveness, and supply chain resilience
- Enable supplier capability development through localization and in-country support initiatives
- Identify and implement supplier-related cost-saving opportunities using data analytics and should-cost models
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain Engineering
- Strong knowledge of procurement, sourcing, and supplier management processes
- Experience managing contracts, negotiations, and commercial terms
- Data-driven cost analysis and should-cost modeling experience
- Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and financial controls
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder influencing skills in a matrix organization
- Ability to lead initiatives and drive outcomes without direct authority
- Strong collaboration and relationship-management capabilities
- Ability to work independently and within global, cross-functional teams
