Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively lead and own solution design discussions, driving clarity, alignment, and timely decision-making
  • Act as a strong, vocal contributor in meetings, design reviews, and executive forums—clearly articulating recommendations, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs
  • Lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP Supply Chain solutions across SAP Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM), EWM, and PP
  • Drive end-to-end warehouse and logistics transformations in Inbound logistics and receiving, Warehouse execution and optimization and Outbound logistics and shipping
  • Provide functional and architectural leadership for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) in complex, high-volume environments
  • Manage and develop a global team of direct reports across multiple time zones and geographies, fostering accountability and delivery excellence
  • Anticipate business needs and proactively shape future-state processes and SAP roadmap
  • Lead end-to-end delivery including design, build, testing, deployment, and post–go-live stabilization
  • Manage system integrators and external vendors, holding them accountable for quality and outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security, and best practices
  • Challenges the status quo and is comfortable questioning existing designs, processes, and assumptions
  • Acts proactively rather than reactively, anticipating issues and addressing them early

Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands-on SAP experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Logistics with at least a Bachelors degree in Engineering
  • Strong expertise in SAP MM, SAP WM and/or SAP EWM
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, end-to-end SAP transformations
  • Deep understanding of Warehouse operations, Inbound logistics and receiving, Outbound shipping and logistics execution
  • Experience managing global teams across time zones and geographies
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders
