Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure adequate training and compliance to SOP to eliminate safety and quality risk
  • Analyze data and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve equipment issues
  • Maintain close communication and collaboration with production and process stakeholders to achieve strategy business objectives
  • Establish and review SOPs to ensure they continue to be relevant and optimized for operation process
  • Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials
  • Set clear expectations, provide continual performance feedback, and outline improvement plans for the team
  • Foster teamwork, trust, and employee engagement, recognize and reward outstanding performance
  • Ensure necessary training is conducted and supported to achieve site objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Engineering or equivalent
  • Demonstrated leadership experience through academic projects, internships, or extracurricular activities
  • Ability to build and develop an effective team to tackle equipment operation challenges
  • Proven problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge on problem solving like 8D, 5 Why analysis, Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
  • Personal initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated PROBE internship experience within a semiconductor company
  • Experience working on projects that align with the key duties of this position
  • Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred
