Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily NPI lot execution across Assembly CR1/CR2/CR3 (Die Attach, Wire Bond, Encapsulation, Laser, Singulation, etc.).
  • Monitor NPI lots status (WIP, holds, rework, conversion, disposition) and highlight risks to NPM / Process / Equipment / CEM.
  • Assist in expediting NPI lots to meet AOut, MAD, MCD, and customer commitment dates.
  • Track build readiness (material availability, tooling, DID, recipe, conversion readiness).
  • Support daily shift execution by tracking tool readiness / downtime impact to NPI, conversion issues, process abnormalities, yield issues, and holds.
  • Help prepare and update daily execution trackers, WIP lists, and action logs.
  • Escalate execution blockers promptly to responsible owners.
  • Work closely with NPI / NPM engineers, Assembly Process & Equipment Engineers, CEM / IPPC / Manufacturing teams, Planning and Test NPM.
  • Assist in coordinating shift handover information for NPI execution continuity.
  • Assist in updating NPI build information in Omelek/ ATPEA / SAP / internal trackers, verifying correct process flow, routing, and disposition rules.

Requirements

  • Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related).
  • 0–3 years experience in semiconductor assembly, manufacturing, or operations support.
  • Familiarity with cleanroom operations is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of NPI flows is preferred.
  • Strong execution focus and sense of urgency.
  • Good communication and coordination skills across teams and shifts.
  • Ability to track multiple lots and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with manufacturing systems and trackers (SAP, dashboards, Excel).
  • Willingness to support shift-based or extended hours when NPI execution requires.
