Key Responsibilities

  • Improve the effectiveness of equipment preventive maintenance - execute scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting on time, in support of production while ensuring good quality, uptime and costs
  • Enhance the efficiency and productivity of tools - assist in tool installation/modification thereby improving capacity and efficiency which maximizes tool uptime and throughput.
  • Troubleshooting and hardware repairs
  • Participate in quality improvement teams and provide constant feedback on areas of improvement.
  • Maintain good housekeeping in work area and ensure good safety practices compliance.
  • Review, Analyze & Respond to inline process control charts to meet Quality, Cost, Productivity Goals
  • Troubleshoot process related issues, provide detailed & accurate data for proper wafer disposition and pass down
  • Execute actions to optimize production moves, qualify new processes & improvements projects
  • Participate in cross-function team projects
  • Lead improvement projects and present results
  • Collaborate with equipment and maintenance teams including engineers, technicians, managers and production employees in a dynamic environment.
  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Requirements

  • Actively pursuing a Diploma in Chemical engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics Engineering, Materials Science or related field during the time of internship.
