Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technical learning strategies to foster a continuous learning culture and enhance workforce capabilities.

- Support leadership development and contribute to talent outreach under the TAG framework.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven ability to design and implement effective learning solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
