Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • NITEC or Diploma in IT/Computer Engineering, with 2-3 years of working experience in an IT team. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerShell scripting is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, methodical, with strong follow-up skills and an analytical thought process.
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Agile and adaptable to change.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow is advantageous.
  • Experience in managing suppliers/vendors for services rendered is an advantage.
