Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an organized inventory store, ensuring secure storage of assets.
- Assist with managing EUC assets, including receiving, issuing, and disposing of retired assets.
- Participate in item destruction processes, such as degaussing and crushing.
- Conduct physical stock checks and assist with inventory reconciliations.
- Monitor stock levels and support EUDM operations like onboarding and device refresh.
- Liaise with vendors for hardware repairs and billing discrepancies.
- Assist in billing reconciliation and preparation of reports.
- Process PC/iPad loan requests and prepare devices for issuance.
- Assist with deploying software to user devices.
- Participate in global technology rollouts to meet technology, security, and business requirements.
- Collaborate on Cloud PC/VDI requests with users and the Global DaaS team.
- Resolve incidents and communicate with stakeholders on deployment issues.
Requirements
- NITEC or Diploma in IT/Computer Engineering, with 2-3 years of working experience in an IT team. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerShell scripting is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented, organized, methodical, with strong follow-up skills and an analytical thought process.
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Agile and adaptable to change.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow is advantageous.
- Experience in managing suppliers/vendors for services rendered is an advantage.
