Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement new fault isolation and physical failure analysis techniques to stay ahead of industry standards.
- Lead and guide a team of CE PYE technicians, encouraging a collaborative and ambitious work environment.
- Coordinate the maintenance and high uptime of fault isolation and physical failure analysis tools to ensure world-class operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or equivalent experience, Master's or equivalent experience, or PhD degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Material Science.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required.
- Proven experience as a great team player with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills and a strong drive to excel.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively in large meetings.
- Highly motivated individuals with a passion for innovation and excellence.
- Knowledge of fault isolation equipment, techniques, and physical failure analysis is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of NAND/DRAM/HBM devices and knowledge of Fab processes is a desirable asset.
- Ability to support shift rotation as required to meet operational needs.
- Exposure to AI/machine learning or data analytics applied in engineering or manufacturing environments is beneficial, particularly for fault isolation or failure analysis.
