Lead projects and activities that require the coordination, support, and management of resources from global teams

Requirements

Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Artificial Intelligence
At least 10 years of work experience in Assembly & Test and Post Wafer Fab (PwF) Process & Equipment Engineering or similar operations functions
Good knowledge of High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) production is preferred
Familiarity with Quality focused solution development, systems, and solutions for high-volume and high-mix production environments
Good interpersonal skills with demonstrable ability to effectively lead and present to small and large groups
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with peers, mid and senior management
Peer leadership and relationship management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly organized and able to remain flexible to changing business needs
