Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Artificial Intelligence
  • At least 10 years of work experience in Assembly & Test and Post Wafer Fab (PwF) Process & Equipment Engineering or similar operations functions
  • Good knowledge of High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) production is preferred
  • Familiarity with Quality focused solution development, systems, and solutions for high-volume and high-mix production environments
  • Good interpersonal skills with demonstrable ability to effectively lead and present to small and large groups
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with peers, mid and senior management
  • Peer leadership and relationship management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized and able to remain flexible to changing business needs
