Key Responsibilities

  • Strong technical understanding of semiconductor process equipment components (e.g., Etch, Deposition, CMP).
  • Proficiency in utilizing ERP systems, specifically SAP, for inventory and workflow management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with fluctuating priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Experience in managing technical repair procedures and failure analysis documentation.
