Key Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and qualify III-V epitaxial growth and related wafer fabrication processes to support R&D and manufacturing.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance yield, process stability, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) activities.
- Work on yield enhancement, cost reduction, and cycle time improvement.
- Collaborate with international teams on process development and problem resolution.
- Utilize AI/ML tools and data analytics to improve process control, productivity, and decision-making.
- Support characterization and failure analysis using advanced semiconductor metrology techniques.
Requirements
- Knowledge of semiconductor materials and device fabrication processes, particularly III-V materials for Laser or Optoelectronics.
- Hands-on experience with semiconductor fabrication processes such as: Photolithography (DUV), PECVD, Dry/Wet Etch.
- Ability to apply data analytics and AI/ML tools for process optimization (preferred).
- Master’s or PhD degree in Physics, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related semiconductor field (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree holders welcome with relevant industry experience.
