- Your defining qualities: Deep Industry Expertise: More than 7 years of experience in industrial automation or software sales, with a strong understanding of manufacturing operations and IT/OT architectures.
- Techno-Commercial Mastery: A track record in solution-led sales, including experience with BOM support, pricing, and value-based packaging for complex software deals.
- Strategic Value Articulation: Ability to balance technical depth with executive-level discussions, moving beyond "add-ons" to position software as a business necessity.
