Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all projects under the Safety Section, ensuring timely and quality execution.
  • Ensure compliance with company EHS policies and global Safety standards.
  • Lead initiatives to ensure adherence to laws and regulations related to Safety.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement in identifying and resolving employee Safety concerns.
  • Resolve vendor and service provider issues tied to performance, billing, or technical quality.
  • Determine section needs and select professional services, equipment, and materials.
  • Advise and manage Emergency Response protocols and readiness.
  • Design and implement EHS training programs for employees and contractors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Hygiene or equivalent applicable field.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of senior EHS management experience in a multinational, semiconductor, or related industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SS651, MOM, OSHA, SEMI, FM Global standards, and Responsible Business Alliance principles.
  • Lead Auditor certification in ISO 14001, ISO 18001/45001 is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to design and execute Safety strategies in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Demonstrated experience leading audits, securing regulatory permits, and ensuring site compliance.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10%).
