Key Responsibilities
- Utilize training metrics, data, and participant feedback to evaluate and improve courses and learning programs
- Identify opportunities for applying AI and automation solutions to drive operational efficiency and support continuous improvement efforts
- Ensure that all training activities adhere to established standards, guidelines, and policies
- Standardize business processes and documentation to maintain compliance with quality expectations
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track Workforce Development KPIs, training compliance, and program effectiveness across different sites
- Analyze and report data through processes such as extraction, categorization, visualization, and providing recurring updates for stakeholders
- Measure the return on investment (ROI) of programs using structured data collection and reporting methods
- Maintain data integrity across learning and HR systems
- Work closely with both global and local Workforce Development partners to exchange Best Known Methods and align on training initiatives
- Partner with external organizations to strengthen technical and professional capabilities within the workforce
Requirements
