Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and review ServiceNow tickets related to automation on a daily basis.
- Perform Level1 troubleshooting and resolve service tickets where possible.

- Support troubleshooting efforts for L3/L4 software and automation-related issues.

- Investigate and analyze OEE discrepancies and system abnormalities.
- Validate system performance after corrective actions to ensure stability, accuracy, and prevention of recurrence.
- Conduct regular reviews of equipment maintenance lists to ensure preventive maintenance (PM) compliance.
- Review and maintain PM checklists and work instructions for accuracy and adherence.
- Execute PM activities in Maximo, ensuring all required tasks are completed.
- Accurately update PM status as 'Completed' or 'Incomplete,' including justification for any incomplete items.
Requirements
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in automation and maintenance systems
- Experience with ServiceNow, Maximo, OEE dashboards, and GIS systems
- Understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance processes
- Ability to analyze operational data and identify trends
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to process accuracy
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or automated warehouse environments
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies
