Key Responsibilities

  • Support KiD (Knowledge, Information and Data Management) initiatives.
  • Understand various manufacturing process and business operational workflows.
  • Partner functional teams to identify opportunities for new processes and implementation of digital system capabilities that will enhance the business key performance indicators.
  • Support implementation of digital initiatives in line with business strategic objectives and ensure timely delivery.
  • Support both major transformational and continuous improvement projects with technical expertise.
  • Provide on-going technical support for digital systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and know how to escalate incidents effectively in a timely manner.
  • Support triage and resolution of shopfloor system issues under Digital manufacturing. Work with IT ecosystem partners to enable timely resolutions where necessary.
  • Work with cross functional teams to develop dashboards and reports using visualization tools such as Power BI.

Requirements

  • Possess minimum a Diploma (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline (Engineering/ Computer/ Information Systems).
  • Experience maintaining & supporting digital manufacturing execution systems in a manufacturing facility will be an advantage.
  • Hands-on with knowledge in project and business change management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to understand stakeholder needs and work with cross functional teams.
  • Ability to deliver quality work in a fast-pace operational environment.
  • Familiarity with Design Thinking and proficiency in at least 1 programming language (e.g. Python or C#) will be a plus.
  • Experience with automation/ IIoT and knowledge in IT/ OT interface platforms such as PTC Thingworx and Siemens Industrial Edge/ Insights Hub domain will be a plus.
