Key Responsibilities
- Reviewed requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide meaningful feedback for potential gaps
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured inspection plans and collaborate with cross functions to improve tests.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate customers' escalations and feedback. Investigate the causes of non-conformances and to implement solutions
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track internal manufacturing index
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. Engineers, Logistics, Commodity ) to identify system gaps and improved on manufacturing flow requirements
- Track quality assurance metrics
Requirements
- Technical undergraduate degree or equivalent QA experience for >5 years
- Demonstrated leadership skills with proven track record to drive problem solving methodology and implementation to benefit the organization
- Preferably more than 5 years of experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Demonstrated ability to influence across functional organization and drive changes.
- Familiar with the following operational excellence tools but not limited to; Lean manufacturing, FMEA, 8D, PDCA, Problem solving, Microsoft project, six sigma
- Experience in Capital Equipment building preferably in the Semiconductor industry.
- Experience in Lean manufacturing.
- Knowledge of new product introduction systems, processes and standards.
