Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a portfolio of local and international clients, including private companies limited by shares, VCCs, branch offices, and LLPs.

Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of corporate secretarial experience.
- University degree and/or post-graduate qualification in Business, Law, or related disciplines.
- Strong technical knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act and ACRA compliance requirements.
- Proven track record in client relationship management and business development.
- Meticulous attention to detail, structured problem-solving, and sound analytical thinking.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is required.
