Requirements

  • Advanced experience in the Sourcing & Supplier Quality Assurance
  • Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in the related field
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • Strong hands on experience in quality investigations with a practical mindset for deploying proactive APQP quality initiatives
  • Experience supporting zero defect culture implementation
