Requirements
- Advanced experience in the Sourcing & Supplier Quality Assurance
- Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience)
- 5+ years of experience in the related field
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Strong hands on experience in quality investigations with a practical mindset for deploying proactive APQP quality initiatives
- Experience supporting zero defect culture implementation
