Key Responsibilities

  • Assist coordinating with external advisors (legal, technical, financial) and internal stakeholders (legal, tax, compliance etc) during transaction execution.
  • Assist in tracking performance of portfolio companies and updating internal databases.
  • Support with reporting activities and performance reviews.
  • Work closely with and support investment professionals across the Asia region.
  • Participate in and contribute to team meetings.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics with a strong academic track record.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to translate complex data sets into clear, visual stories.
  • A solid understanding of corporate finance principles, valuation methodologies, and the mechanics of private equity or structured finance.
  • A sharp eye for detail and the ability to work through complex financial problems independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written English skills, essential for drafting reports and collaborating with diverse stakeholders across the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Prior experience in transaction-based work or a demonstrable passion for infrastructure investments and cross-border deal execution.
  • Able to commit from July 2026 to first week of January 2027.
