Key Responsibilities

- Work with the Director to organize the team and review strategies to ensure deliverables are met.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of relevant working experience in innovation and industry development, preferably within the USS space (e.g., Environmental Services, Water, Agri-Food).
- Prior experience managing grants across the entire lifecycle (pre-award to post-award).
- Demonstrated experience leading and guiding a high-performing team.
- Proven ability to engage diverse internal and external stakeholders (researchers, companies, government agencies) at a middle-senior management level.
- Ability to identify, contextualize, and appropriately manage issues raised by stakeholders.
- Effective communicator with strong writing and presentation skills.
- Proactive problem solver, adaptable, and willing to take on tasks beyond the core .
