Key Responsibilities
- Ensure on-time delivery for all production orders.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to understand customer requirements and fulfill ad-hoc upside requests.
- Work with Central Planning to optimize network loading and meet customer order commitments.
- Partner with material planners to ensure sufficient materials for execution, including engineering requests and normal demand.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Central Planning to secure wafer supply.
- Plan, study, and analyze weekly capacity feasibility with Industrial Engineering (IE) for regular and ad-hoc customer requests.
- Optimize loading to maximize assembly output.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing on tactical horizon planning for immediate weeks.
- Work with Process Engineers on special engineering lead lot build requirements.
- Ensure production builds start with correct process flow and preparation.
- Plan and coordinate with production teams to start planned orders on time.
- Identify efficiency gaps and propose improvement solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Engineering preferable.
- Demonstrated at least 2 years of leadership skills, such as in university or other co-curricular activities.
- Production and material planning expertise.
- Capacity analysis and optimization techniques.
- ERP system proficiency (SAP or equivalent).
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Highly motivated to work in a dynamic environment and succeed using effective coping and management methods.
- Ability to multi-task and organize work systematically in meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Excellent communication and collaboration across functions.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Prior programming work (inclusive of vibe coding using free Gen AI tools).
- Hands-on experience in AI (Chatbot, Agentic AI, Automation, etc) tools in academic or work environments, SAP warehouse modules, ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System) Management.
- Experience with MRB resolution.
- Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
- Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred.
