Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Engineering preferable.
Demonstrated at least 2 years of leadership skills, such as in university or other co-curricular activities.
Production and material planning expertise.
Capacity analysis and optimization techniques.
ERP system proficiency (SAP or equivalent).
Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
Highly motivated to work in a dynamic environment and succeed using effective coping and management methods.
Ability to multi-task and organize work systematically in meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.
Excellent communication and collaboration across functions.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Continuous improvement mindset.
Prior programming work (inclusive of vibe coding using free Gen AI tools).

Experience with MRB resolution.
Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
