Key Responsibilities
- Utilize various design and analytical software to support and improve manufacturing processes
- Advance and develop manufacturing planning, processes and work instructions
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to improve product quality, increase throughput, and reduce manufacturing costs
- Collect and analyze data from manufacturing processes to drive short- and long-term actions that support production
- Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools to identify waste and support decision-making processes
- Manage project plans related to manufacturing changes and collaborate with various functions to drive action and project closure
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related Engineering school
- Minimum 3.8 cumulative GPA off a 5 scale without rounding
- Desire to be hands-on in a manufacturing environment
