Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of electrical engineers and technicians, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

- Coordinate audits, emergency response plans, and vendor engagements while ensuring compliance with relevant safety and engineering standards.
- Work cross-functionally to align electrical infrastructure projects with broader site goals, delivering results on schedule and within budget.
- Manage Capital and Operational Cost for the team's scope.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is required; Master's Degree or PE certifications are a strong advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in electrical engineering, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
- Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HV/MV/LV systems, ETAP software, and IEC standards.
- Familiarity with SMART systems and predictive maintenance tools is advantageous.
