Finance Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyse weekly financial outlooks and actual results, providing clear variance analysis, insights, and mitigation actions Perform quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes, including assumptions alignment with business partners Organize month‑end close activities and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting Coordinate and execute inventory costing & fixed asset activities Support compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and SOX requirements Monitor and manage operational spending, identifying cost risks & opportunities, and enable timely & relevant decision making through data-driven analysis Drive finance process improvements, including the use of software, automation, and analytics tools Support ad-hoc financial analysis and cross‑functional initiatives as assigned You are a motivated and analytical individual who is comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.
