Key Responsibilities
- Assist engineers in process flow improvement, troubleshooting, and maintaining automation lines
- Identify and manage process improvements related to product quality, cost, cycle time, and manufacturing line efficiencies
- Analyze, propose, and implement corrective action plans to resolve quality issues
- Provide line support and optimize yield improvement plans
- Assist in product transfer, set up BOMs, prepare SOPs and Engineering Alerts, and conduct training for Production Associates
- Handle tooling, equipment, and work cell maintenance
