Key Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve equipment-related issues that impact quality and reliability
- Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode Analysis (FMA) to determine the causes of equipment failures

Requirements
- Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong academic record with a keen interest in equipment engineering and quality improvement projects
- Basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment is an advantage
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Able to read schematics and interpret electrical/electronic components; a basic understanding of vacuum systems is an added advantage
- Keen on working with tools and performing hardware troubleshooting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of PLCs and programming languages such as C++, Java, or Python is a plus
