Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Product Owner for APTD Package Health digital capabilities across all sites
- Consolidate and rationalize Package Health requirements to ensure consistency, reuse, and scalability
- Own and maintain the product backlog, including prioritization aligned with APTD strategy and business value
- Define clear business requirements, epics, user stories, success metrics, and acceptance criteria
- Balance global standardization with site-specific needs through structured trade-off decisions
- Own end-to-end project execution for APTD Package Health initiatives, from concept through deployment and stabilization
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers across multiple sites and stakeholders
- Drive execution discipline by tracking scope, schedule, risks, and delivery commitments
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (APTD sites, ETD, analytics, and system owners) to ensure timely and predictable delivery
- Prepare regular project status updates, decision briefs, and escalation summaries for leadership reviews
- Act as the primary Product Owner interface between APTD and ETD for solution design, prioritization, and delivery
- Translate APTD business needs into system-level requirements for platforms such as PADK, eTRA, PEIP, PTM tools
Requirements
- Familiarity with semicond uctor assembly/test flows and Package Health concepts.
- Experience working with MES, manufact uring data platforms, or analytics ecosystems .
- Expos u re to AI/ML-enabled solutions , advanced analytics, or digital transformation programs.
- Experience working with central IT organizations and agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
