Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or related field
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in cybersecurity or OT environments
Proven experience managing complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders
Strong understanding of operational technology (OT) systems and industrial control systems (ICS)
Familiarity with OT cybersecurity standards such as NIST CSF, IEC 62443, ISA/IEC 62443, or NERC CIP
Experience with risk assessment methodologies and vulnerability management in OT environments
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate technical security requirements into actionable project plans
Relevant certifications such as PMP, CISSP, GICSP, or GRID are preferred
