Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage OT cybersecurity projects from initiation through closure
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
- Coordinate with IT, engineering, operations, and security teams to define scope and requirements
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, IEC 62443, or ISO 27001

- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops to drive alignment
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party assessments related to OT security
- Drive continuous improvement in OT security posture through project outcomes
- Maintain documentation of project artifacts, decisions, and lessons learned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in cybersecurity or OT environments
- Proven experience managing complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of operational technology (OT) systems and industrial control systems (ICS)
- Familiarity with OT cybersecurity standards such as NIST CSF, IEC 62443, ISA/IEC 62443, or NERC CIP
- Experience with risk assessment methodologies and vulnerability management in OT environments
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate technical security requirements into actionable project plans
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CISSP, GICSP, or GRID are preferred
