Key Responsibilities
- Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements
- Advise clients on industry/cross-industry leading practices and SAP recommended processes
- Design target state SAP solutions for clients, influencing adoption of leading practices
- Analyze application landscape to design interfaces with the SAP solution
- Perform SAP configuration and testing for implementations
- Develop specifications for the development of forms, reports, and interfaces
- Lead consultant and client teams through the implementation cycle, including planning testing, migration, and cutover
- Support change management execution by developing training material, delivering training, and providing post-cutover user support
- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Module implementations
- Proven experience completing end-to-end full life cycle implementations of SAP PM Module
- Good honors Degree, preferably at postgraduate level, in IT, Business IS, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines
- Demonstrated success in a multi-cultural work environment
- Sound understanding of business processes, industry nuances, and leading practices
